Excellent special dishes: Tempting open shells, cabrillón or grouper boiled in hot water, parihuelas, rice with seafood, grouper ceviches, Cabrillón and first-class Conger. Pork ribs with fried green plantains, etc., and what is very important, very comfortable prices. Fresh products preserved by the heat of Piura.
